KCMF overvåger motor- og chassisparametre gennem hele svinget fra indgang, gennem apex, til udgang, og justerer bremsekraft og motoreffekt for at lette en glidende overgang fra acceleration til bremsning og tilbage igen, samt for at hjælpe med at følge den ønskede linje gennem svinget. KCMF overvåger følgende systemer (hvor tilgængeligt): KTRC (inklusive traction, wheelie og sliding control), KIBS (inklusive pitching control), Kawasaki Engine Brake Control

9-Mode KTRC (Kawasaki TRaction Control), Kawasakis mest avancerede traction control-system, tilbyder både forbedret sportslig kørselsydelse og tryghed til at håndtere glatte overflader med selvtillid.
9-mode KTRC kombinerer de bedste elementer fra Kawasaki's tidligere traction control-systemer. Føreren kan vælge mellem tre tilstande, som hver tilbyder et progressivt højere niveau af indgriben. Inden for hver tilstand er der tre valgbare niveauer, der tilføjer mere eller mindre indgriben (førerens præferencer for hver tilstand kan programmeres for nemt valg under kørsel fra venstre håndtag), hvilket giver i alt ni mulige indstillinger. Det er også muligt at vælge at slukke systemet. Det nye KTRC-system kombinerer logikken og kontrollen fra Kawasaki's tidligere traction control-systemer (S-KTRC, 1-mode KTRC) i hver tilstand. Men hvis der opdages overdreven baghjulshastighed under drift i nogen tilstand, reduceres motorens output til et niveau, hvor grebet kan genvindes. Afhængigt af modellen er der også inkluderet en Rain Mode. Denne kan tændes og slukkes uafhængigt af KTRC. Aktivering af Rain Mode sætter KTRC til Mode 3+ og begrænser også effektoutput, drejningsmoment og respons. Korrekt ergonomi er nøglen til komfort og kontrol. Men den ideelle ergonomi varierer fra person til person, afhængigt af fysik og kørestil. ERGO-FIT er designet til at justere ergonomien til egne personlige præferencer og ønsker. Forskellige dele på motorcyklen (styret, fodhvilere og sæde, etc.) kan justeres ved en kombination af udskiftelige dele og dele med justerbare positioner. Dette muliggør en bred vifte af tilpasnings muligheder så føreren kan finde en kørestilling, der giver både komfort og kontrol.* Udvalg af justerbare dele og deres af indstillingsmuligheder varierer fra model til model.
KLCM (Kawasaki Launch Control Mode) optimerer accelerationen fra stående start ved elektronisk at tilpasse effekten og dermed forhindre unødigt hjul-spin og forhjulsløft.
Designet til at hjælpe føreren ved at optimere acceleration fra stående start, KLCM styrer elektronisk motorens ydelse for at forhindre unødigt hjulspind og forhjulsløft. Systemet kan justeres i 3 trin afhængig af hvor meget forhjulsløft føreren vil tillade. Hvert trin tillader at føreren holder gassen i bund og motoromdrejningerne styres automatisk så føreren kun skal koncentrere sig om koblingen. Mode 1 er det mindst indgribende. Systemet deaktiveres automatisk når 3. Gear vælges eller hastigheden overstiger 150 km/t.
KEBC (Kawasaki Engine Brake Control) giver mulighed for at vælge mængde af motorbremsning.

Designet til at hjælpe førere med at maksimere accelerationen på banen ved koblingsfri opskift med gashåndtaget helt åbent, KQS registrerer, at gearstangen er blevet aktiveret og sender et signal til ECU'en om at afbryde tændingen, så det næste gear kan sættes i uden brug af koblingen. På modeller, der tilbyder koblingsfri nedgearing, styrer systemet under deceleration automatisk motorhastigheden, så det næste lavere gear kan vælges uden at betjene koblingen.
KIBS (Kawasaki Intelligent anti-lock Brake System) er et ABS system med meget høj pression, udviklet specielt til supersports brug
Kawasaki udviklede KIBS med fokus på de specielle karakteristika og ønsker der er til et ABS system på en supersport motorcykel. Dvs. at systemet ikke bare reagerer hurtigt men også kun interagerer minimalt ved hård sportskørsel. KIBS er det første fabriks monterede system der linker ABS og motorens ECU (motorstyring). Udover for og baghjuls hastighed overvåger KIBS også det hydrauliske tryk på forbremsen, gasgivning, motoromdrejninger, koblings brug, og gear valg. Alle disse parametre bruges til beregning af det ideelle bremsetryk og dermed hvor meget systemet skal gribe ind
Ride by Wire systemet gør motorcyklens ECU i stand præcist at styre den mængde luft og benzin der sendes ind i motorens forbrændingskamre
Elektroniske gasspjæld samt indsprøjtningsdyser der styres af en ECU justerer optimalt den mængde luft og benzin der skal ind i motoren. Resultatet er en jævn og lineær effekt udvikling. Ride by Wire systemet danner desuden grundlag for elektroniske systemer som KLMC (Kawasaki Launch Control Mode), KEBC (Kawasaki Engine Brake Control) og Cruise Control
ABS (Anti-lock Brake System) sikrer stabil bremseydelse ved at forhindre hjullåsning under opbremsning.
Pludselig overanvendelse af bremserne eller bremsning på overflader med dårligt greb (overflader med lav friktionskoefficient) såsom våd asfalt eller kloakdæksler kan få en motorcykels hjul til at låse og glide. ABS blev udviklet for at forhindre sådanne hændelser. Kawasaki ABS-systemer styres af højpræcisions og meget pålidelig programmering, der er formuleret baseret på grundige tests af adskillige køresituationer. KCMF (Kawasaki Cornering Management Function) holder øje med motor og chassis parametre gennem hele svinget
KCMF overvåger motor- og chassisparametre gennem hele svinget fra indgang, gennem apex, til udgang, og justerer bremsekraft og motoreffekt for at lette en glidende overgang fra acceleration til bremsning og tilbage igen, samt for at hjælpe med at følge den ønskede linje gennem svinget. 9-Mode KTRC (Kawasaki TRaction Control), Kawasakis mest avancerede traction control-system, tilbyder både forbedret sportslig kørselsydelse og tryghed til at håndtere glatte overflader med selvtillid.
9-mode KTRC kombinerer de bedste elementer fra Kawasaki's tidligere traction control-systemer. Føreren kan vælge mellem tre tilstande, som hver tilbyder et progressivt højere niveau af indgriben. Inden for hver tilstand er der tre valgbare niveauer, der tilføjer mere eller mindre indgriben (førerens præferencer for hver tilstand kan programmeres for nemt valg under kørsel fra venstre håndtag), hvilket giver i alt ni mulige indstillinger. Det er også muligt at vælge at slukke systemet. Det nye KTRC-system kombinerer logikken og kontrollen fra Kawasaki's tidligere traction control-systemer (S-KTRC, 1-mode KTRC) i hver tilstand. Primær drift ligner S-KTRC, som prioriterer maksimal fremadgående acceleration ved hjælp af forudsigende intervention. Men hvis der opdages overdreven baghjulshastighed under drift i nogen tilstand, reduceres motorens output til et niveau, hvor grebet kan genvindes. Afhængigt af modellen er der også inkluderet en Rain Mode. Denne kan tændes og slukkes uafhængigt af KTRC. Aktivering af Rain Mode sætter KTRC til Mode 3+ og begrænser også effektoutput, drejningsmoment og respons. Ligesom en Low Power-indstilling reduceres maksimal motor output, og gashåndtagets respons er mildere.
Korrekt ergonomi er nøglen til komfort og kontrol. Men den ideelle ergonomi varierer fra person til person, afhængigt af fysik og kørestil. ERGO-FIT er designet til at justere ergonomien til egne personlige præferencer og ønsker. Forskellige dele på motorcyklen (styret, fodhvilere og sæde, etc.) kan justeres ved en kombination af udskiftelige dele og dele med justerbare positioner. KLCM (Kawasaki Launch Control Mode) optimerer accelerationen fra stående start ved elektronisk at tilpasse effekten og dermed forhindre unødigt hjul-spin og forhjulsløft.
Designet til at hjælpe føreren ved at optimere acceleration fra stående start, KLCM styrer elektronisk motorens ydelse for at forhindre unødigt hjulspind og forhjulsløft. Systemet kan justeres i 3 trin afhængig af hvor meget forhjulsløft føreren vil tillade. Hvert trin tillader at føreren holder gassen i bund og motoromdrejningerne styres automatisk så føreren kun skal koncentrere sig om koblingen. Mode 1 er det mindst indgribende. Systemet deaktiveres automatisk når 3. Gear vælges eller hastigheden overstiger 150 km/t.

På modeller, der tilbyder koblingsfri nedgearing, styrer systemet under deceleration automatisk motorhastigheden, så det næste lavere gear kan vælges uden at betjene koblingen.

Kawasaki udviklede KIBS med fokus på de specielle karakteristika og ønsker der er til et ABS system på en supersport motorcykel. Dvs. at systemet ikke bare reagerer hurtigt men også kun interagerer minimalt ved hård sportskørsel. KIBS er det første fabriks monterede system der linker ABS og motorens ECU (motorstyring). Udover for og baghjuls hastighed overvåger KIBS også det hydrauliske tryk på forbremsen, gasgivning, motoromdrejninger, koblings brug, og gear valg. Alle disse parametre bruges til beregning af det ideelle bremsetryk og dermed hvor meget systemet skal gribe ind
Ride by Wire systemet gør motorcyklens ECU i stand præcist at styre den mængde luft og benzin der sendes ind i motorens forbrændingskamre
Elektroniske gasspjæld samt indsprøjtningsdyser der styres af en ECU justerer optimalt den mængde luft og benzin der skal ind i motoren. Resultatet er en jævn og lineær effekt udvikling.
